I lived in about a dozen different houses before I was an adult.

I have a sneaking suspicion I repeated P2 and no one told me.

I once lost in a Spelling B because I spelled "Beautiful" incorrectly. I had never seen the word beautiful before that day. I think of that Spelling B every single time I write / type the word now.

I went to 6 different schools including 3 in 3 years.

I always fancied becoming an English teacher but was put off by the amount of homework marking I would have to do.

I can crochet, but only one stitch. Lots of times.

I used to think I would do calligraphy as a profession.

I wish I could paint. I take photographs because I can't paint.

I can knit but prefer not to.

I hate spiral staircases.

I always fancied travelling back to Robin Hood's time - something about the simple life and the bows. . .

I would be sick if I drank Pepsi. . . no . . not really . . . but I definitely know the difference so DON'T try to test me.

I have never mastered any musical instrument OR foreign language and would still hanker over doing both.

I wish I could sing.

I used to think pink was the grossest colour I had ever seen - now I have the pinkest daughter you have ever seen.

I don't do Politics and I don't do Religion. That doesn't mean I don't have views.

I kinda like red.

I tend not to learn facts that I know are readily available to be looked up i.e. conversions from metric to imperial etc.

I tend to take the amount of time I have available to me to do the job I have to do.

I have never listened to a podcast.

I hate people abbreviating my name. Only two people in the world ever got away with doing it (both in my childhood) and you probably aren't one of them - so best not to try.

I AM a bit of a geek. You can never have too many Apple products or gadgets or cameras or . . .

All the best drivers in the world pass their test the second time round. Just so you know.

I have written off one car. (Perhaps I shouldn't put those two facts beside each other!)

I don't mind heights - just don't like edges!

I can live with the knowledge that there is a spider in the room until it starts to run around the place.

Until my mid 30s I kinda considered myself an only child. I have a brother 3 years younger than me.

I like to buy new shoes for weddings and outings but generally never wear them again.

I don't drink beer, like wine sometimes but have never had a Guinness.

I am O Positive blood type.

I can make a pretty good Apple / Pear Tart when pushed.

I didn't eat chocolate for most of 2005.

I am almost blind in one eye!

I think of myself as a *reader* but in fact, only read a few books a year, mainly on holiday.

I am a completely different person than I was in 2004.
